I'm delighted to share our experience. It was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean and well maintained. We traveled with three children which can be a little cramped in a hotel room, but the spacious room made for a very comfortable stay. We found the staff to be very courteous and professional. Additionally, the children loved the pool and lastly the prices are great. We were pleasantly surprised!

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Comfort Inn this past summer, because she'd never been to Texas before, and we thought it'd be fun. And we were right. Everything was wonderful, especially the customer service.
At check-in, we bothered the young gentlemen at the desk, asking him all sorts of crazy questions, but he answered politley and didn't hesitate to look up whatever we wanted to know. We went up to our room, not thinking of asking him anything else, but when we came back down to the lobby, he called us to the desk and handed us a list of tons of things to do. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. That's what I call great customer service.

I recently stayed at the Executive Inn & Suites North Richland Hills, TX during a city-wide convention being held in Texas. The rooms were very-well maintained, they had a expanded free breakfast and great customer service! Yes, we were very satisfied with our stay and definately intend to come back whenever we plan our next visit. We wish to visit the family water park, Six Flags Over Texas theme park, the historic Fort Worth Stockyards district etc. in our next visit.

The Executive Inn & Suites is a perfect place to stay for the value & location in Texas. The rooms are clean & the breakfast is good. The hotel is ideally located in Tarrant County. There are comfortable beds with good spacious rooms. The staff was extremely helpful & offered excellent restaurant recommendations.

My wife and I visit Texas all the time, both winter and summer. All of our visits, except for 3, have been at the Comfort Inn. They have the cheapest rates and our rooms have always been clean and comfortable. We have booked over the phone and a couple of times just showed up and a room was available. We have never experienced any major problems. The exterior is not all that fancy, but the interior is very nice and updated. It has a very welcoming and inviting atmosphere. The rooms on the back of the hotel have spectacular, breathtaking views of the bay. The front rooms have a view of the parking lot (nothing exciting). Yes, you do have to walk across the parking lot. The summer months in Texas are very crazy, lots of overcrowding, and can be a little overwhelming for someone who has never stayed there before. The Executive Inn & Suites is always at the top of our list when visiting Texas.

My family and I came down to the Executive Inn & Suites recently and we had a very good time. The rooms were decently priced and very clean, and they had amenities that we needed, because it was too cold to do outdoor activities. Because all of the amusement parks were closed, we thought we'd be stuck in the hotel the entire time, but thanks to the ladies at the desk, we found some very fun things to do. We went to the movies, played mini-golf, went shopping, and they told us about some very nice restaurants. The only two things that put a damper on our vacation were the weather one day (it rained). I'd recommend this hotel to anyone! It was really great, and everyone was friendly and helpful.
